UPDATE: DMV identification cards now available
LĪHU‘E – The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announces that the production of identification cards including driving permits, drivers licenses, and state identification cards will resume Tuesday, September 9.
Due to the large number of appointments canceled during the outage, the DMV strongly encourages customers to schedule an appointment instead of walking in. Walk-in services will be extremely limited, and long wait times are expected.
