Work for temporary bridge on Anahola Road anticipated through
December 2025
ANAHOLA – The Department of Public Works and Cushnie Construction are announcing that construction of a temporary bridge over Olokauha Stream on Anahola Road is anticipated through December 2025.
The bridge will remain closed to vehicular traffic for the full duration of construction.
No additional closures are necessary; however, additional space adjacent to the bridge will be utilized for a laydown area. Pedestrian access over the bridge will be retained throughout the project. Updates will be provided in future news releases if changes occur.
The County urges the public to exercise greater awareness in this area during the construction period for both their safety and the safety of the construction crew.
