UPDATE: DMV online road test booking system live

DMV online road test booking system offline until further notice
LĪHU‘E – The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announces that the online road test booking system is currently offline until further notice due to technical issues. We continue to work closely with our external vendors to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, to book a road test, you may call the DMV at 808-241-4268.
All DMV offices are closed today, August 6, for staff training. Regular business hours will resume tomorrow, Thursday, August 7.
