County experiencing intermittent phone outages
LĪHUʻE – Due to phone outage issues, various County of Kaua‘i phone lines and voicemails are currently down.
The public is advised to visit https://www.kauai.gov/Government/Departments-Agencies and email government services.
The County of Kaua‘i’s Information Technology Division is actively monitoring the situation. Any relevant updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
The Kaua‘i Police Department's (KPD) non-emergency line at (808) 241-1711 and 911 are currently operational.
If you are unable to get through, as a precaution, the public is advised to use the following alternative non-emergency contact numbers:
