DOW to adjust office hours on Friday, May 9
LĪHUʻE – The Department of Water (DOW) announces that our office will not open until 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025. This is one and a half hours later than our standard weekday opening time of 8:00 a.m. The change is necessary due to a mandatory Department-wide staff training event.
Customers are reminded that bill payments can still be made at the DOW bill payment drop box, conveniently located located in the DOW parking lot at 4398 Pua Loke Street in Līhuʻe. Furthermore, customers have 24/7 access to their water account online at https://www.kauaiwater.kouwai.org/login.
