May 1 UPDATE: Hanalei Refuse Transfer Station to accept bagged trash only through May 16
HANALEI— The Solid Waste Division announces that work has been extended for the Hanalei Refuse Transfer Station. The Hanalei RTS will accept bagged trash only (no loose mixed waste) through May 16, weather permitting.
This is due to scheduled repair work on the facility's drainage system, which is necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
All other services at the site will remain open.
