Lane closures scheduled in portions of ‘Ele‘ele March 17 to March 21
‘ELE‘ELE – The Department of Public Works and its Contractor Insituform Technologies, LLC, announce portions of ‘Ele‘ele will be closed March 17 to March 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The one-lane closures are necessary for asphalt concrete sewer work.
The following roads will be affected:
- ‘Ele‘ele Road, between Kaumuali‘i Highway and Uliuli Road; and
- In easements of the backyards of Melemele Road, 4649 and 4635.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to reach your destinations. Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays. Please exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting through the work area.
