Salvation Army ARC monthly donation event scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14
LĪHU‘E – The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) will be on-site at the Kaua‘i Resource Center (KRC) located at 3460 Ahukini Road in Līhu‘e from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025.
Residents, businesses, and other organizations can bring unwanted or unneeded items for reuse, including clothing, small furniture, children’s toys, books, and shoes. Clothing and textiles do not need to be in good condition; torn or stained clothing is okay. Please do not bring eWaste, chemicals, appliances, or broken items. We encourage the public to check with their local thrift stores to see if they can take donations before bringing items to the KRC.
Due to health and safety concerns, heavy equipment in the area, and to reduce the chance of injury to customers unloading heavy items, the Salvation Army requests that the public remain in their vehicles while on-site.
The ARC also offers pick-up services to thrift stores and businesses. Please call 808-241-4838 to schedule a service call. For individuals who would like home pick-up service, please contact Habitat for Humanity Restore at 808-335-6105 or RP’s Random Closet at 808-346-0020 (Note: RP’s Random Closet is a for-profit agency).
