Lane closures scheduled for portions of Kekaha Feb. 3 to Feb. 7
KEKAHA – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Maui Kupono Builders, are announcing a one-lane closure for portions of Kekaha from Feb. 3 to Feb. 7, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The following roads and dates are as follows:
- Portion of Kekaha Road (between Akialoa Road to Manu Road), Feb. 3 and Feb. 4; and
- Manu Road, Feb. 5 to Feb. 7.
The closures are necessary for road resurfacing work. Area residents will be allowed partial access through the closure.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
