Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System upgrades scheduled Jan. 23 and Jan. 24

LĪHU‘E – Due to software upgrades, customers will experience interruptions with the

Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System (ePlan) service on Jan. 23 and Jan. 24. Regular

service for the ePlan will resume on Jan. 25.

The County’s IT Division staff will work with the Building Division on these upgrades.
