For Immediate Release: November 27, 2024

Lane closures scheduled for portions of Kekaha Dec. 2 to Dec. 6

KEKAHA – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Maui Kupono Builders, are announcing lane closures for portions of Kekaha Dec. 2 to Dec. 6 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

The following roads will be affected:

• Noi‘o Place,
• Pae Ko Place,
• I‘o Road, and
• Iwipolena Road

The closures are necessary for road resurfacing work. Area residents will be allowed partial access through the closures.

Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones.  Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
