Real Property Assessments, Collections Office will close at 9 a.m. on May 23

LĪHU‘E – The county’s Real Property Assessments and Collections divisions will be closing at 9 a.m., on Thursday, May 23, to accommodate the 2024 Real Property foreclosure sale. Normal hours will resume on Friday, May 24. 

The 2024 Real Property foreclosure sale will commence at 9 a.m. at the Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall in Līhu‘e. For more information on the foreclosure sale, please visit www.kauaipropertytax.com and click on “Foreclosure Sale Info.”

Normal hours of operation at the Real Property Assessment and Collections divisions are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for state and federal Holidays.
