Lane closures scheduled for portions of Hulemalu Road Nov. 2 to Nov. 24
NĀWILIWILI – The Department of Public Works and its contractor Maui Kupono Builders are announcing that portions of Hulemalu Road in Nāwiliwili will be closed Nov. 2 to Nov. 24, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The closures are necessary for road resurfacing work.
Temporary full road closure will be necessary for portions of this repair. When possible, one lane will remain open to accommodate alternating traffic in both directions. Access will be provided for residents in the area.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
