Lane closures scheduled for portions in Kalihiwai from Sept. 20 to Sept. 26
KALIHIWAI – The Department of Public Works and its contractor Maui Kupono Builders are announcing that portions of Kahiliholo Road and Kamo‘okoa Road in Kalihiwai will be closed Sept. 20 to Sept. 26, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
These closures are necessary for road resurfacing work.
One lane will remain open to accommodate alternating traffic in both directions.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at both ends of the work zone to direct traffic.
