KPD asks for public’s assistance locating missing 15-year old girl
‘ELE‘ELE – The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old local girl who was reported as a runaway.
Daisy K. Ogawa, age 15, of ‘Ele‘ele, was reported missing on June 13, 2023. She was last seen in the ‘Ele‘ele area.
Ogawa is 4 feet tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has a fair complexion, straight brown hair, and is of Asian Filipino decent. She is known to frequent the Wailua or other areas in Kapa‘a.
