Request for comments to the TIP FFYs 2025-2028 Revision 5

The Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OahuMPO) is accepting comments to the Transportation Improvement Program Federal Fiscal Years 2025-2028 Revision 5 (TIP FFYs 2025-2028 Revision 5). This revision contains amendments involving major changes to three existing projects.

The TIP is a short-term program that lists all surface transportation projects on the island of Oahu that are either regionally significant, uses federal transportation funding, or requires action by the federal transportation agencies. The TIP includes projects for roadways, bridges, transit, trails, bicycle facilities and sidewalks.
