Request for comments to the TIP FFYs 2025-2028
OAHU —The Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OahuMPO) is accepting comments to the Transportation Improvement Program Federal Fiscal Years 2025-2028 (TIP FFYs 2025-2028), which contains 80 existing projects that were carried over from the current TIP FFYs 2022-2025 and considerations for 12 new projects from the Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP).
The TIP is a short-term program that lists all surface transportation projects on the island of Oahu that are either regionally significant, uses federal transportation funding, or requires action by the federal transportation agencies. The TIP includes projects for roadways, bridges, transit, trails, bicycle facilities and sidewalks.
