Marietta Police Department Hosts Charity Golf Tournament for Special Olympics The Marietta Police Department is hosting a charity golf tournament to benefit the Special Olympics of Georgia and the 26,000 Georgia athletes/participants. The Special Olympics offers 25 different sports for the athletes to experience. Athletes gain confidence and life skills by participating and competing in their chosen sport.
