AARP Tax-Aide Program
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide will be providing in-person free of charge to anyone, with a special focus on taxpayers who are 50 or older or who have low to moderate-income. Tax-Aide will be available Thursdays only February 10 - April 7 by appointment only at Ike Owings Community Center at Hunter Park. Call 678-719-9067 to make an appointment.

Youth Baseball
Registration closes February 4
We're excited to welcome players ages 3-14 to join us for the spring season of coed Youth Baseball at Hunter Park. Opening day is scheduled for Saturday, March 12.
Player fees are: ages 3/4 $75, ages 5/6 $90, ages 7/8 $115 and ages 9-14 $135 (hat and jersey included for all). Players age 3-6 will not have evaluations.

Adult Basketball
Registration closes February 25
Looking for an organized league as an alternative to a pick-up basketball game? Douglasville Parks and Recreation has the perfect solution. We are offering an Adult Men’s Basketball League. You can register a team or sign up individually and we will find a team for you. Hope to see you on the court!

Adult Softball
Registration closes February 25
Adult Spring Softball registration is open for COED and Men's League! The Men's League is March 22 and games are every Tuesday. The COED Season is March 24 - June 9 and games are every Thursday.

Tiny Dancers Ballet 1 & II
Stay On Pointe Dance Academy is offering Tiny Dancers Ballet I for ages 3-6 and Tiny Dancers Ballet II for ages 7-10. These classes are a fun introduction to ballet where students can develop rhythm, flexibility, and confidence.

The STEAM Generation
This class introduces young engineers to fundamental concepts of energy, materials and movement. The Jr. Explorer Club is best suited for kids ages 4 - 7 and the Adventures STEAM Club is best suited for kids ages 8 -13. Register HERE classes begin March 2.

Therapeutic Recreation Quarterly Social: Sweetheart Dance
All are welcome to attend Sweetheart Dance an evening of games, music, and fun for individuals with disabilities on Friday, February 11 from 6:00 -8:00 PM at the Ike Owings Community Center at Hunter Park. We will have Valentine’s treats and themed activities. Invite a friend and enjoy a fun night. We're happy to announce free admission for all sponsored by The Hudson Family in Memory of Scot Hudson. KDO Winter Break Camp
Registration closes February 4
Hunter Park will be hosting the Winter Break Kids Day Off Camp in 2022. Kids ages 5-12 can attend February 14 - February 18 from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. KDO will be located at the Ike Owings Community Center at Hunter Park. Registration closes on February 4.
