Temporary Access and Placement of Construction Materials in SPA Jurisdiction

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Elizabeth Allen for the temporary placement of construction materials in the SPA jurisdictional area at 416 Ribault Lane, Sea Island, Glynn County, Georgia. Work should begin no later than 15 days from the issuance of the Letter of Permission and be completed no later than 6 months from the letter.

The proposed activities include to temporarily access a shore jurisdictional area and temporary placement of construction materials which would include a chain-link, lumber and masonry supplies.
