This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Lights Condominium Association, Inc., Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia during the period from July, 2013 through January, 2014.

The project scope includes pruning existing landscaping adjacent to the Condominium as needed and the removal of Tamarix chinensis (also known as salt cedar) that are in the State’s Jurisdiction.
