Repositioning of Existing Rocks
107 East 30th Street, Sea Island, Glynn County, Georgia
This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Thomas F. and Allison Booth Halloran for maintenance activities associated with the repositioning of existing rocks located at 107 East 30th Street, Sea Island, Glynn County, Georgia. Work should begin no later than May 31, 2013 and be completed no later than June 30, 2013.
The proposed maintenance will consist of raising the height of the revetment to match the properties adjacent to the parcel by repositioning the existing rocks. The proposed maintenance will also correct an unauthorized repositioning of the existing rocks. The repositioned rocks will not increase the area of existing impact previously authorized.
