Documents Submission Processing Time

**The Underground Storage Tank Department would like to inform you that processing times for submitted 7530 forms related to new site registrations, tank updates, and ownership changes will be up to 15 business days (approximately three weeks) during the 2026 ATR season. **
Dear Owners/Responsible Officials,
Please note that any modifications requiring a 7530-form submission will be processed within this extended timeframe. The State of Georgia anticipates a high volume of submissions during registration season, which runs from August 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. To ensure our staff has sufficient time to review and process each submission thoroughly, we have extended the typical processing period.
We appreciate your patience during this busy period. If the processing time exceeds the specified duration, we recommend following up directly with the state by emailing epd.atr@dnr.ga.gov.
