Beginning January 1, 2023, permittees must submit all stormwater discharge monitoring data collected using NetDMR, EPA’s electronic DMR system (for more information visit: https://epd.georgia.gov/forms-permits/eservices/netdmr-technical-assistance). The monitoring requirements (i.e., parameters required to be monitored and sample frequency) will be prepopulated on the electronic Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) form based on the information reported on the NOI form submitted to EPD.
