The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is considering the reissuance of the NPDES General Permit No. GAR050000 authorizing storm water discharges associated with industrial activity to the waters of the State of Georgia. The draft permit documents can be downloaded at the following link: https://epd.georgia.gov/forms-permits/watershed-protection-branch-forms-permits/storm-water-forms/npdes-industrial-storm. A public meeting and hearing has been scheduled for March 28, 2022. Please refer to the Public Notice for additional information. Comments received by close of business on April 4, 2022 will be considered in the formulation of final determination.
