Ben Hill/Irwin Co. Kids Fishing Event -- April 13
Kids Fishing Events are the perfect places to introduce young anglers to fishing.  Ponds have been stocked with channel catfish for youths under the age of 16 to catch.  Participants should bring their own rods, reels, tackle and bait.  Don't forget the worms!

Go Fish Education Center Day Camps -- June 12th 
This introductory-level camp is designed for children, ages 7-15, who would like to get outdoors and learn the basics of fishing. In addition to learning how to fish, campers will also receive instruction on fishing equipment, safety, casting, and cleaning fish. Topics such as fish biology, habitats, and conservation will be explored through guided tours and fun educational activities.
