Veterans Day Discounts

To say thank you to our military, Georgia’s State Parks & Historic Sites are offering a variety of discounts and free activities on select dates in November. Members of the military will find free or reduced golf greens fees, free historic site admission, and free equipment rentals such as kayaks.

Winter Yurt & Camping Deal

Enjoy a peaceful winter wonderland while saving on your wallet. This December and January, save 50% on campsites and 25% on “glamping” yurts, Sunday through Thursday nights. We have RV and tent sites with hot showers, plus equestrian camping for you and your horse. Use promo code WinterPromo16 when booking online or calling 1-800-864-7275. Not valid at Crooked River, Skidaway, Reed Bingham, Fort McAllister and Laura S. Walker state parks. Two-night minimum stay required.

Save with Gift Cards

From November 25 to December 24, get a $5 gift certificate for every $50 purchase of gift cards for this holiday season. Gift cards can be used for campsites, cabins, yurts, retail, picnic shelters, historic sites, boat rentals, golf and many outdoor activities. Cards may be purchased online, by calling 1-800-864-7275 or at park offices. $5 coupon valid January 1-31, 2017, a minimum of $20 must be spent to use coupon. May not be used for ParkPass fees or Friends memberships.

Leaf-Watching Season

We’re finally starting to see autumn colors across the landscape, so November will be a good time for leaf watching.
