New Horse Stables

Saddle up! Ten new horse stables have opened at A.H. Stephens State Park in Crawfordville. For $12 per night, your steed can take you along 21 miles of equestrian trails. The park offers cottages and campsites as well. This park is conveniently located off I-20, less than an hour west of Augusta.

Cheer On UGA

Show your Bulldog spirit by decorating your campsite at A.H. Stephens State Park (Crawfordville) and Fort Yargo State Park (Winder) on most game days. Door prizes will be awarded each week, and winners will be entered into a drawing for a UGA cornhole game to be given away at the end of the season.

Hardman Farm

Nacoochee Valley Farm & Family Exposition

Hardman Farm Historic Site, Sautee Nacoochee

Travel back in time to an old country fair with vendors dressed in period costumes. They'll be creating hand-made Appalachian products like baskets, brooms, pottery and more. The Crafters Village welcomes you to learn how to make candles, butter and more. Tours of the Nichols-Hunnicutt-Hardman House available by reservation. $5 parking. 706-878-1077
