“ON TARGET” STUDENTS REAP SCHOLARSHIP REWARDS

Six Georgia high school students will receive archery scholarships to Emmanuel College.  All six of these students have participated and competed in the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP).

“I am giving scholarships to these students because they have the foundation to develop into excellent competitive archers, beyond the great work they have done with NASP,” says Rodney Estrada, Head Coach Men and Women’s Archery at Emmanuel College.

The National Archery in the Schools Program is an in-school archery program that aligns with education department standards. Only schools that are certified in NASP through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources are qualified to compete in the Georgia State Tournament. Schools in more than 100 counties in Georgia are NASP certified.
