 Celebrating Community and Conservation
On March 14, 2026, the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens set the stage for a truly inspiring community event: the Art of Painting Nature & Water Conservation. Under beautiful, sunny skies, residents gathered to learn, connect, and take meaningful steps toward water conservation.
Attendees enjoyed a variety of interactive highlights, including:
- Connecting with the City of West Palm Beach Office of Sustainability
- Learning how to use and install a rain barrel at home
- Taking home a free 55‑gallon rain barrel to put new knowledge into action
- Instruction and creative insights from award‑winning artist Jeanne Martin
- A fascinating Master Gardener tour led by CJ McCartney
Our team was thrilled to see so many community members eager to explore practical water‑saving strategies. Discussing the benefits of rainwater harvesting in such a beautiful, nature‑filled setting made the message even more meaningful.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. Your commitment to protecting our local environment inspires all of our efforts. If you missed this giveaway, don’t worry - more sustainability events are on the way!
