The CRA Celebrates Serene Beauty Suite Grand Opening at Styx Promenade
Congratulations to Serene Beauty Suite on its official grand opening at the Styx Promenade!
This celebration marks both the launch of an exciting new business and another milestone in the continued transformation of the Historic Northwest neighborhood.
Once home to historic shotgun-style houses along 7th Street, the Styx Promenade has been thoughtfully reimagined to honor the area’s architectural character and cultural heritage while creating new opportunities for local entrepreneurs to thrive. The preserved original structures serve as a meaningful link between past and future.
Following a competitive selection process, the CRA proudly welcomed owners Yaneek Facey and Kimberly Winn, whose vision for wellness, self-care, and empowerment is already bringing energy, connection, and opportunity to the community while helping shape the promenade into a vibrant, walkable destination.
We are proud to support businesses that strengthen neighborhoods and celebrate culture!
