25th St. Road Closure Notice | Starting Oct. 29
Starting Wednesday, October 29, a portion of 25th St. will be closed due to ongoing construction of the Spruce Project. The closure will be between Broadway Blvd and Spruce Ave (see image as reference). Detour routes will direct vehicle traffic to 24th Streets (east–west connectors). Road work is predicted to take 48 hours with work beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday morning.
 Currie Park Construction Update
Exciting progress is underway at Currie Park as construction continues to move forward with great momentum. West Construction has completed essential utility and site preparation work that lays the foundation for the future development. Please note, the boat ramp, parking lot, and park are closed until further notice—alternative launch sites have been shared on the City of West Palm Beach website. The tennis courts will remain open for the time being with court entry on the Flagler Drive side. The revitalization of Currie Park is well underway, and we’re thrilled to see it taking shape!
 Historic Northwest Community Meeting | Nov. 6th
We’re excited to announce that our final community meeting of the year will take place at the highly anticipated Sunset Lounge—just as all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) are scheduled for completion. This special gathering will offer the Historic Northwest community an exclusive first look at the renovations before any scheduled events. We invite you to join us for our quarterly community meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Sunset Lounge. This meeting will continue the discussions from our August meeting, which was unfortunately cut short due to weather, and we appreciate your understanding.
