Congratulations to Integrated Healthcare Systems Dignity Village on the Grand Opening of their new location in the Historic Northwest! This new site includes housing and offers residents case management, behavioral health, and primary care services, all in one place.
The West Palm Beach CRA proudly supported this project with a $75,000 grant that will support exterior improvements, plus a grand opening assistance grant to help celebrate this important milestone.

 Historic Northwest Community Meeting | Nov. 6th
We’re excited to announce that our final community meeting of the year will take place at the highly anticipated Sunset Lounge—just as all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) are scheduled for completion. This special gathering will offer the Historic Northwest community an exclusive first look at the renovations before any scheduled events. We invite you to join us for our quarterly community meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Sunset Lounge. This meeting will continue the discussions from our August meeting, which was unfortunately cut short due to weather, and we appreciate your understanding.
As always, the November community meeting will include important updates from the Police Department, Public Works, Sanitation, and other departments serving the Historic Northwest. RSVP today at the link below.

North Flagler Road Closure Notice | Starting Sept. 29
From September 29 to October 15, sections of Flagler Drive and Bethesda Terrace in West Palm Beach will be closed due to ongoing underground utility work at the Currie Park Redevelopment site (2400 N Flagler Dr). Detour routes will direct vehicle traffic to 26th and 23rd Streets (east–west connectors) and Dixie Hwy or Ponce De Leon Ave. Closure and detour information will be posted on message boards and signage. Portions of sidewalks on Flagler Dr. and Bethesda Terrace will also be closed, with pedestrian detours and crosswalks available at 23rd and 26th Streets, supported by flaggers for safety. Importantly, the bike lane on Flagler Dr. will remain open throughout this phase.
