Unsafe Placard or Orange Circle or Orange X on the building.
Means that it is NOT SAFE to enter the structure and that there is a POTENTIAL FOR FIRE if the power is turned on. Owners need to contact an architect or engineer for assistance and an electrician for power. Duke has been requested to turn off power to the building.
Not Safe to Energize Sign.
Means that there is a POTENTIAL FOR FIRE if the power is turned on. The meters or electrical systems have been in salt water or physically damaged. Owners need to contact an electrician before power can be turned back on. Duke has been requested to turn off power to the building.
