 Due to a leak into the sewer system lateral south of Gulf Blvd and 107th Ave, a depression has developed on Gulf Blvd. To repair the sanitary sewer lateral, Gulf Blvd will be reduced to one lane north and one lane south at the intersection of 107th Ave.
We advise all residents and guests to avoid this intersection by using 104th Ave from the south and 108th Ave from the north on Gulf Blvd.
Work is expected to take 2-3 weeks, weather permitting.
