Rainfall potential from Tropical Storm Debby

Debby Update: Aug. 4 | 9 a.m.

Tropical Storm Debby continues to move north.

Pinellas County remains under a Tropical Storm Warning, Storm Surge Watch, and Flood Watch. Isolated tornadoes or waterspouts are possible. Conditions will continue to deteriorate throughout the day. Heavy rain, gusty winds and possible storm surge are the biggest threats.
