Treasure Island Police Department has begun limiting traffic onto the island.

The following citizens will have access to barrier islands:
- Residents
- Property Owners
- Business Owners
- Business Employees
- Contractors

Hurricane Ian Update:
Hurricane Ian is now a Category 3 storm and could reach the Tampa Bay area beginning Wednesday (9/28). Ian is expected to be a slow-moving storm when comes to our area.

The main concerns will be:
- Life-threatening storm surge (the exact location of the center of Ian will determine storm surge for Tampa Bay)
- Hurricane-force winds
-10-15 inches of rain Flooding
