Plantation Residents East of the Turnpike:
Park East was about 60 % drained as of this morning. Public Works located the control structures in the remaining flooded areas and removed the grate for optimum performance. We will continue operations until the remaining 40% is drained. Debris cleanup is underway, starting by NW 42nd Ave and working west to NW 49th Ave.
Pump crews are dispatched to the Country Club Circle area.
Landscape crews are clearing drains and cleaning up the remaining vegetation debris from the squall.
