The PMIR template, Form OIR-D0-1185, requires the following data for each Florida zip code:

Reporting Scope: January 1, 2025 – January 31, 2025
Penalty: Insurers are required to report monthly supplemental reports in accordance with Florida Statutes. Failure to comply may result in a referral to OIR’s Property and Casualty Market Regulation Unit for further action.
How to File
Please use the Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS) for filing submission. Trade secret PMIR data can be uploaded into IRFS. OIR will not accept PMIR data submitted as trade secret via any other way, including U.S. mail or email.
Each insurer within a group must submit its filing on an individual company basis.
The PMIR template requires insurers to respond to the following: “Treatment of current filing over last month’s filing?” Since this is a new monthly reporting requirement, all insurers with policies in force in Florida for the required lines of business must select “New DATA reporting” within the January 2025 template, then select “Continual DATA reporting” in subsequent filings.
NOTE: If an insurer has no policies in force in Florida for the required lines of business, the insurer must submit a “No Data” filing for every deadline. An insurer reporting policies in force in Florida for the required lines of business must submit a “Data” filing for every deadline.
NEW UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE READ.
Due to the size of the template, access it from the PMIR section of this page: https://floir.com/tools-and-data/data-call-reporting NOTE: THIS IS THE TEMPLATE THAT NEEDS TO BE UPLOADED INTO IRFS AFTER YOU CREATE A FILING.
Once downloaded, complete the provided template and upload into the IRFS Property Market Intelligence Report (PMIR) Component.
The contacts tab will need to be entered manually by the filer. When pasting data into the template, please pause while the template formulas calculate. The Contacts tab displays the number of errors found.
Once the template is uploaded, select Submit, and the template data will be extracted by a backend process. When that process finishes, the company will receive an email indicating the success or failure of the submission.
Access extraction errors for the template by selecting the edit option next to the status Extraction Errors. Resolve the errors and reupload the template.
NOTE: The company must remove the prior template containing the extraction errors prior to resubmitting.
Continue the process until all extraction errors are resolved.
