This notice is to inform you that you are required to submit a CY2023 Title Insurance Agency filing for the following companies:

Data Call Overview
In accordance with section 624.307 and 627.782, Florida Statutes, and Rule 69O-186.013, Florida Administrative Code, companies are required to submit a CY2023 Title Insurance Agency filing to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) on an annual basis.
Filing Deadline
Filing Deadline: May 31, 2024 by 5 p.m. ET
Reporting Dates: January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023
Penalty: Companies are required to submit a CY2023 Title Insurance Agency filing by 5 p.m. ET May 31, 2024. Failure to comply may result in referral to the Florida Department of Financial Services' Agent and Agency Investigations Unit.
How to File
Each company must submit its filing on an individual company basis.
Please use the Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS) for filing submission.
