National Library Week

Share Your Library Story during National Library Week

It’s almost time for National Library Week, which runs April 7 – 13!   The annual celebration highlights the valuable role libraries, librarians and library workers play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities.  This year’s theme is Libraries = Strong Communities and what better way to celebrate than by sharing your library story. WLRN, South Florida's public radio station, wants to know what your favorite library memory is ahead of National Library Week.  Have a story to tell? Text 'library' to 786-786-7826.  (Standard messaging rates apply.)  And don’t forget to show your support for libraries by visiting your local branch, posting on social media and spreading the word about how the library impacts your community.
