Online Account & Payment Processing Notice

Good afternoon,

FPUA is aware of and currently working to fix a temporary issue affecting online account access and online payment processing.

Customers may have trouble logging in or making payments at this time. Our team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

To prevent utility service interruptions, FPUA will suspend service disconnections on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, while we restore these services.

We appreciate your patience and will share updates as they become available.
