In preparation of Next Generation MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Go Live, Tallahassee Purchasing wants to share the below reminder regarding available training.

Purchasing in MFMP:

Primary Audience: Purchasing Staff

This training is intended for agency customers who are responsible for creating and managing, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoice creation. This training will cover creating and approving a requisition, managing an order including processing change orders, updating an encumbrance, receiving, invoice creation, and reporting as it relates to these purchasing activities.

Finance and Accounting in MFMP:

Primary Audience: Finance and Accounting Staff

This training is intended for agency customers who are responsible for reviewing and reconciling invoices, managing FLAIR integration for their agency, and resolving invoicing errors. This training will cover the process of receiving, creating an invoice, reconciling and invoice, and reporting as it relates to these finance and accounting activities.

Quoting in MFMP:

Primary Audience: Procurement Staff responsible for informal solicitations

This training is intended for agency customers who are responsible for creating and managing informal solicitations and State Term Contract (STC) Request for Quotes (RFQ). This training will cover the process to create and manage a Collaborative Requisition, the new STC RFQ process in Next Gen MFMP, and reporting as it relates to these activities.
