GOVDELIVERY SPRING CLEANING w/ ADMIN LIST!

So sorry, didn't add the admin list in the first email so here it is this time.
It's time to do a quick cleanup of GovDelivery Admins and Topics.
Per our contract with GD, we are supposed to have a limited number of admins and topics and we're a bit over, so let's please take a couple of minutes and try to delete those not in use.
Topics
If you have created any Restricted topics - those not available for the public to subscribe to and which you've uploaded a mailing list - please review them and make sure that topic will be used again. If it was a one-time topic, please delete it from GD or let me know and I'll delete it for you.
We will also be paring down the listed topics. If a topic hasn't been used in over a year or if the topics are fairly redundant, they will be delisted. This will make it much easier for subscribers - they won't have to browse through a very long list of more than 120 topics. The goal is to primarily list a "news" topic under each category along with any regular newsletters. The news categories are the ones primarily used at this point. DO NOT WORRY, WE WON'T DELETE CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS! With any topic that is being delisted, a list of subscribers will be created and kept plus those subscribers will be added to the "news" topic for the category.
Admins
If you are receiving this email and do not use GovDelivery, please let me know and I will remove you as an admin. If you are a back-up or seldom use GD, that's okay, keep your admin status. This is only for admins that might have changed job duties or positions and no longer need to send emails through GD. You don't need to contact me if you're keeping your admin status, only if you aren't. I'm also including the list of admins in the event any have left the agency - please let me know if you see anyone on it that can be removed.
