Contracts Administration is excited to announce that we have a new automated process for registering for Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM), Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN) and Project Management Professional (PMP) training waitlists!

Effective immediately, all requests to be added to the FCCM, FCCN and PMP training waitlists must be made using our new SharePoint request form. Each request will be routed to the requestor’s supervisor for approval. Without the supervisor’s approval, the requestor will not be added to the waitlist.

Instructions for New Entries to the Waitlist Request Form

To be added to a training waitlist, complete and save the request form.

 

The request will then be sorted into the “Waiting for Supervisor” status. The requestor’s supervisor must approve the request before it will be added to the selected training waitlist.

Instructions for Supervisors

Supervisors will receive an email notification that a new request is waiting for their approval.

 

Supervisors must select “Yes” under the approve training dropdown and click save.

 

The approved request will then be added to the training waitlist.
