FWC invites the public to attend 9th Annual Florida Waterfowl Summit
The public is invited to attend the free ninth annual United Waterfowlers Florida (UW-F) and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Florida Waterfowl Summit on Aug. 10 which will focus on aquatic plant management and the challenges associated with nutrients and invasive species. The meeting will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Ballroom at the Ocala Hilton, 3600 SW 36th Ave., Ocala, FL 34474.
Lunch will be provided at no cost to summit attendees. There will also be a welcome reception for summit attendees on Aug. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Ocala Hilton pool with dinner provided by UW-F.
The summit is free to attend, but attendees must register at: https://bit.ly/2LUXsQk. This event is founded and funded by duck hunters and co-sponsored by the FWC.
