Two City Commissioners are up for election. Voters may choose ONE or TWO candidates on this ballot.

Candidates are given the opportunity to provide a statement about their vision and goals, qualifications for office, and biographical information for the public.
Election Day Polling Place Precinct 201 - City of Flagler Beach Commission Room
All voters in Flagler Beach who wish to vote in person must vote at the City Hall. The City Commission Chamber Room is adjacent to City Hall. The polling room entrance is on Central Avenue.
This is a temporary change of polling location for voters in Precinct 202. The Flagler Beach United Methodist Church will not be open for this election. All voters who wish to vote in person must vote at City Hall on March 3, 2026.

Vote By Mail Information:
Any registered voter may choose to Vote-By-Mail. The deadline to request a Vote-By-Mail ballot for this city election was February 19 at 5:00 p.m. It's too late to request a mail ballot now for this election. Vote-by-Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, March 3, 2026. Voters may place a request for a mail ballot by phone, (386) 313-4170 or online: Request a mail ballot.
Returning Your Mail Ballot
Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office by 7:00 P.M. on March 3, 2026 in order to be counted. You can return the ballot as early as you wish. There are many options to return your voted mail ballot.
- A secure drop box is available at the Elections Office during office hours, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM on weekdays. The secure drop box will also be open on Election Day from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. You may return your ballot in the Elections Office lobby from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on Election Day.
- If you plan to mail your ballot, send it early! Allow at least 10 days for delivery.
DO NOT bring your voted mail ballot to a precinct voting location on Election Day, it must be returned directly to the Elections Office on Election Day.
If you have requested and received a mail ballot but decide to vote in person, bring it to the polls. The mail ballot will be canceled, and you will be issued a new ballot at the polling location.
