Voter Outreach Event: Christmas In Bunnell December 12, 2025
As part of our holiday outreach, your Flagler Elections Team hosted a Family Christmas Movie Election, giving our youngest community members a fun and engaging way to experience the voting process.
On the ballot:
- A Christmas Story
- Die Hard
- Elf
- Home Alone
- The Grinch
- The Nightmare Before Christmas
- The Polar Express
The votes have been counted and our Favorite Christmas Movie has a winner.
- Grinch
- Home Alone
- Elf
The Grinch took first place with Home Alone coming in a close second, followed by Elf for third place.
Children were invited to cast their vote for their favorite Christmas movie, learning how ballots work, how votes are cast, and why participation matters - all in a family friendly setting. This activity sparked great conversations, excitement, and plenty of holiday spirit, while reinforcing the importance of civic engagement at every age.
Thank you to all the families who participated and helped make this festive election such a success. it was wonderful to see future voters getting involved!
