City of Dunedin Transitions Website and Emails to a Secure .gov Domain
In a move aimed at enhancing security and trust, the City of Dunedin is making the switch to a .gov domain for its official website and staff email addresses. The change will start April 1 and will more accurately identify the website as an official government entity.
Under this change, the City’s website will move from DunedinGov.com to www.Dunedin.gov. Visitors accessing the current website will be seamlessly redirected to the new domain, with no disruption in service or access to City resources.
Additionally, all City staff email addresses will update from @DunedinFL.net to @Dunedin.gov. To ensure a smooth transition, any emails sent to the old domain will automatically forward to the new addresses for one year following the change.
