Get ready for a fun and memorable summer! Camp Dunedin offers full-day and half-day summer camps for ages 4-17 from June 2 through August 8. Camps include Pre-K Camp, Kids Camp, Tweens & Teens Camp, as well as a variety of Specialty Camps.
Browse the Camp Dunedin Magazine for a full list of summer camps, registration information, and scholarships available. You may also pick up a physical copy from any city facility including our Recreation Facilities, Library, and City Hall.
New this year! Ability to register 100% online. Registration opens Wednesday, March 12 at 8:00 am.

Our Teen Leadership Program is designed for teens aged 13 as of January 1, 2025 through age 16 as of August 9, 2025.
Teens will work alongside our Camp Leaders and adult mentors at various summer camp programs, gaining hands-on experience in leadership training, team building, communication skills, and workforce preparation. This program also provides a great opportunity for teens to engage with young children, help lead and participate in camp games and activities, and earn community service hours that can contribute towards scholarships.
To apply, download an application or pick one up at the Dunedin Community Center or MLK, Jr. Recreation Center. All applications must be submitted to the MLK, Jr. Recreation Center by Friday, March 28.

"67 Cinderellas" by Stacey Lane

Prince Dalliance embarks on a quest to find his lost love by trying a shoe on every woman in his kingdom. Eventually, he discovers Cinderella, who has been hidden away by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters. However, clever Cinderella isn’t ready to marry some stranger who can only identify her by her shoe size. 67 Cinderellas challenges the traditional storybook notions of romance and what it means to be a princess.
$8/ticket. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

Friday, March 14 6:00 pm Dunedin Community Center
This event is for ages 5-17, along with a parent or guardian, and integrates adaptations to a traditional movie night to create an inclusive experience for those with sensory sensitivities! An indoor movie will be shown in a small-group setting, with the lights turned up and the volume turned down. You’re welcome to bring a familiar blanket, stuffie, and snacks, or let us provide them for you!
$8/person. Register online or in person by March 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for fitness and fun! This event gives everyone an opportunity to try a lineup of group exercise classes that are offered at the Dunedin Community Center. Our Aquatics staff is popping up around Dunedin talking to residents about water safety, handing out valuable information, and providing free life jackets to children, age 6 months & older (while supplies last).

Mark your calendar! The Kiwanis Sprayground reopens for the season on Saturday, March 15 at 9:00 am (weather permitting).
Hours of operation vary by day. Please visit the Sprayground webpage for daily hours and admission requirements, including swim diapers and plastic pants for children 3 years and younger, and those who are not toilet trained.
Don't be a Party Pooper - watch this video reminding you about the importance of taking your child on frequent bathroom breaks.

Don't miss "The Dunedin Three O'clock Big Band" dance and concert! Enjoy live music and dance to swing, ballads, waltzes, polkas and Latin music. The band is made up of some of the finest musicians in the Tampa Bay area and is led by Big Band Veteran, Greg Howard, who has led and performed with big bands and jazz combos throughout his musical career.

Nomination applications are being accepted until March 10, 2025.
The Dunedin Senior Hall of Fame honors and celebrates older residents of Dunedin who have made significant contributions to our community. Each year, the City of Dunedin Committee on Aging inducts new members into the Senior Hall of Fame.

To be eligible for the Senior Hall of Fame, nominees must meet the following criteria: a.) Be 70 years of age or older, b.) Have resided in Dunedin for at least 7 years at some point in their lives, c.) Have demonstrated the art of aging successfully, and d.) Have contributed their time and skills to activities that serve the community.
If you would like to nominate an individual or married couple from the Dunedin community, please complete the Nomination Application and return it by March 10 by mail or in person to the Hale Senior Activity Center.
Nominees for the Senior Hall of Fame are chosen by the Dunedin Committee on Aging. Notifications will be sent out in April. The 2025 Senior Hall of Fame Awards Banquet will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the Hale Senior Activity Center.
